Forex rates is a notion applied when we speak about a currency rate changes relatively to other currencies.

It’s very hard to give some advise on choosing the currency pair. The most common pair EUR/USD provides some with great opportunities and brings someone to losses. A person who has stable income with his preferred currency pair may easily loose if he decides to choose another pair. And vice versa. Therefore the best advise we can give you: try working with different currencies, first on the demo account. It’s not obvious that experts expectations or some market logics will be better solution than your skill, intuition or strategic thinking
